Way too expensive! The practice looks old and not very inviting. Very small waiting room, parking a disaster 🙈 If an animal is in real pain and then has to wait three months for surgery without pain medication 🙄, I find that quite concerning.

I had to have my rabbit put down a few days ago. He was very ill, and there was no hope of recovery. Your practice was the only one that accepted me immediately. The veterinarian was very honest and informative. She explained that the chance of survival was only 5-10% and offered to try everything possible if I had wanted. Her explanation and honesty helped me a lot. Both the veterinarian and the practice team sensitively supported me through this difficult time. I was allowed to take photos, and they gave me important advice and took the time I needed. I am so grateful to all of you! Unfortunately, I know other veterinarians where the treatment feels like a rushed, impersonal process. With you, however, I felt very well cared for. I would come back to you anytime. THANK YOU!
