I had to have my rabbit put down a few days ago. He was very ill, and there was no hope of recovery. Your practice was the only one that accepted me immediately. The veterinarian was very honest and informative. She explained that the chance of survival was only 5-10% and offered to try everything possible if I had wanted. Her explanation and honesty helped me a lot. Both the veterinarian and the practice team sensitively supported me through this difficult time. I was allowed to take photos, and they gave me important advice and took the time I needed. I am so grateful to all of you! Unfortunately, I know other veterinarians where the treatment feels like a rushed, impersonal process. With you, however, I felt very well cared for. I would come back to you anytime. THANK YOU!

A lovely team, even though it's always busy. The vet is very approachable and always has a kind answer to even the silliest questions. I can say that they've earned my trust. Everyone treated my cat very lovingly. But then again, he is a real heartbreaker. 😉 Great people, I'll definitely go there again.

We had to call the emergency vet last night (Saturday) because our dog was injured in the eye by a cat. Unfortunately, we haven't had great experiences with other vets' emergency services in the past. So it took a lot of courage for me to call this number. However, Ms. Unkel-Mohrmann was the complete opposite, even on the phone, and incredibly friendly. I had a very good feeling about going there, and that feeling was confirmed when I arrived. She examined and treated our Balu very gently and carefully. A treatment plan was written up, and everything was explained to me in detail. At no point did I feel unwelcome or anything like that. The veterinary assistant also gave us a warm welcome and did a fantastic job. We felt very comfortable and say THANK YOU!
