I was on vacation and had to take my dog ​​to the vet's office as an emergency because she was suffering from severe itching in one spot. Even the telephone contact was extremely friendly, and I was able to come in the same day. We were well received and taken care of at the practice. There are waiting areas specifically for dogs, cats, and small animals, so that even the smallest ones don't develop anxiety or panic in their carriers. When it was our turn after only about 40 minutes of waiting, the vet first thoroughly informed herself about my dog, listened, and then began the examination. At the same time, her claws were trimmed (at no charge) and the little mouse was treated. I was well informed and given a good treatment plan. The vet clearly marked and labeled all medications and shampoo with the correct dosage. In the end, I was very surprised by the bill. The amount was very fair and no more than I would have paid at our vet at home. I can truly recommend this practice 1000% if you're there and need veterinary care. The practice facilities were quite new and modern. There are several doctors and rooms. If we were to vacation there again, I would go back. Even if it were an hour's drive. (Assuming the animal's condition, of course.)

Even during his stay – and also when we picked him up – we could see that his condition had improved significantly. The regular telephone contact with the practice was truly wonderful and helped us a lot during this difficult time. This way, we always knew how Mikesch was doing and felt in excellent hands. We also received wonderful advice when we picked him up and were provided with everything we needed to ensure Mikesch could continue his recovery. We are simply speechless and overjoyed by your wonderful support. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the entire team who helped our Mikesch – you are a true blessing!
