We took our dog to this practice, which was new to us, due to an acute emergency, as there is no veterinarian on the island. Despite the stressful situation, we were greeted calmly and kindly, and we are incredibly grateful for the quick, competent, and empathetic care. The team's calmness, empathy, and dedication were particularly impressive. Thank you so much for the excellent care; we felt very well looked after.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the vet who treated my rabbit because my rabbit died two days after the appointment, and she didn't treat it when I was there; she didn't even prescribe antibiotics. I prefer to go to Dr. Hinrichs.
