The vets' professional competence was certainly good, but I didn't like their social skills. I didn't find them particularly friendly, or perhaps we just didn't click. Considering how much a vet visit costs each time, I chose one who was not only technically competent but also kind.

Pleasantly unbiased – in my opinion, a rarity among doctors. She was able to help my animal effectively and wasn't too proud to answer my final question – whether the internal and external injuries would have healed even without her intervention – with: "It would have taken longer, but yes." Since this probably wouldn't be particularly good for business from her perspective, I consider it a very honest answer that inspires a lot of trust in me. Thank you.

My cat suddenly experienced paralysis and great pain at 3:30 a.m. After calling Dr. Noll, I was able to come to the practice immediately. She helped us very compassionately. Thank you.

Completely incompetent! He injected a strange cat with an unknown painkiller for a minor stomach upset, even though this was explicitly NOT requested. Isn't that considered "property damage" (in Germany)? Monetary interests clearly take precedence over everything. He refused to discuss or clarify the situation. Absolutely pathetic! I would never recommend him!!!
