Unfortunately, I'm no longer satisfied. My dog hasn't been well the last few days, and after an unfriendly comment from Ms. Morasch, I decided to go to someone else who immediately referred me to the veterinary clinic! What can I say? My dog had a lot of pigment in her eye caused by dehydration, which could have been avoided. On top of that, she'll need eye surgery! She also has fungus in her ear and a rash where bacteria have already multiplied to the point that she needs antibiotics. None of this could have happened if she had examined my dog properly and professionally. A veterinarian should know this and, above all, recognize it!
She didn't want to treat my cat on the weekend, even though it was an emergency service. She claimed it was just a small practice and couldn't do it, so she referred me to the hospital. Another vet, who kindly treated me, said any vet can perform such a minor procedure.
Update: My cat is still doing well, and I'm still so grateful that Ms. Morasch gave us so much more time! -------- My 17-year-old cat has been on medication for hyperthyroidism for four weeks. On January 19, 2018, her blood work was checked again. I was told that all her values were perfect, and the vets were amazed that she was so fit despite her age. On January 22, 2018, my cat was suddenly almost dead. She wasn't responding, wasn't moving, and refused to eat or drink. Three vets at my local clinic examined her thoroughly (new blood work and X-rays) and couldn't find a cause for her critical condition. They told me that she was old and probably just didn't want to live anymore. They suggested I have her euthanized... I couldn't believe any of it. I was devastated. I asked Ms. Morasch for advice on 'JustAnswer'. The answer came incredibly quickly. Ms. Morasch told me that the condition was almost certainly caused by the thyroid medication. I should stop taking it immediately, and she also prescribed various homeopathic remedies. After just 24 hours, my cat started eating on her own again. Now, just a few days after the consultation, my cat is almost back to her old self. She's back to her old habits, happily running through the gardens and visiting her friend, the neighbor's cat, again. She's also gained weight. I can't express how grateful I am to Ms. Morasch. I'm overjoyed and thank her from the bottom of my heart. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have my cat today. THANK YOU!!
Unfortunately, no one answered the phone, and when we tried to speak to them on-site, we were just a nuisance! No greeting and no reference to making an appointment by phone. After asking, they pointed out a €60 practice fee and an increased hourly rate: "CASH ONLY." That's not what I consider an emergency service with an animal.
