Unfortunately, I picked up two ticks. One of them had a red ring. My owners were very worried about me and called Ms. Loibl. Even though it was almost closing time, my owner was able to get me an appointment. After a short wait and check-in, it was my turn. Everyone was very kind to me, and as a reward for being so brave, I got a treat. After the injection and the pills, I'm feeling much better. A huge thank you to the wonderful Loibl team from me (Ally), my owners, and my humans.

We spent quite a long time being treated at this clinic and couldn't determine the cause of my cat's seizures. On November 30th, we arrived in a serious condition—a blood clot had dislodged, causing his hind legs to fail. I don't understand why we were sent home in such a severe condition and given false hope that his legs would recover, instead of immediately hospitalizing him. Because when we got home, my cat's condition had deteriorated significantly, and we had to wait until the clinic opened. On the phone, we were told we could come in if we wanted. After 3:00 PM, we went to the clinic immediately—my cat was in critical condition, but we still had to wait. Then the vet examined my cat and saw that his hind legs had completely failed and were cold. He was in severe pain and bleeding; his chances of surviving the night were very slim. Despite this, I was given false hope and sent home, instead of being offered a humane solution to alleviate my cat's suffering. I had to watch my beloved pet suffer and die in my arms. I understand that in such cases the chances of survival are very low, but I don't feel the veterinarians did everything they could.

Perfectly equipped practice. Very friendly staff and owner. We 🐕 don't like going to the vet, but when it's necessary, Karin has our complete trust. ❤️🍀

Dr. Loibl is simply outstanding, both professionally and personally. I can highly recommend her. Your pet is in the best hands there. The entire team is fantastic.
