Excellent veterinarian. She made the correct diagnosis and only administered the necessary treatment. My dog ​​was noticeably better after just one day. Very empathetic, considerate of anxious dogs, and doesn't overwhelm them. I'm completely satisfied.

Today (a public holiday) we had an acute emergency with our cat (severe eye inflammation/swelling, significant pain). After many unsuccessful attempts to reach us by phone, we called this clinic. The way we were treated felt very unfriendly and disrespectful. They immediately asked where we were from – without inquiring about the animal's condition – and told us we were in the wrong place, at which point they hung up. On our second call, we simply wanted a brief assessment or some first-aid advice. Instead, we were met with irritation and a loud voice, and they pointed out that it was a public holiday and not an emergency clinic. We didn't feel taken seriously or supported at all. Even if it's not an emergency service, this is a living being in pain. A brief listening note or some general advice would have been helpful, in our opinion. Overall, very disappointing.

We called on a public holiday about our cat, as she had suddenly developed severe swelling around her eye and was clearly in pain. After many unsuccessful attempts to reach anyone, we hoped to at least get a brief assessment. Instead, the call was very dismissive. They immediately asked for our address without any further questions about the animal. After we answered, we were told we were in the wrong place, and the call was ended. When we called again later to at least get some advice on how to proceed, we were again met with annoyance and a lack of helpfulness, and they cited the holiday as the reason for the delay. Regardless of whether this is an emergency clinic or not, we would have appreciated more understanding or at least some guidance in this situation. The way we were treated was very disappointing and sad, especially since we are dealing with a living being in pain. If it were possible, I wouldn't give any stars at all!
