During the last treatment, there was unfortunately an unpleasant incident. Despite warnings, the vet lifted the horse's leg and didn't let go when the horse hopped on the other leg. The horse fell onto the asphalt and couldn't get up on its own. Once the horse was standing, no further examination was carried out. Nevertheless, everything was billed, including multiple adrenaline and cortisone injections, as well as 30 minutes of extra time. Since then, the horse has been falling repeatedly, so further complications cannot be ruled out. Even more shocking was the reaction when, as a long-standing customer (over 15 years), I asked for some leniency regarding the bill, since the vet's (partial) negligence could not be ruled out. Unfriendliness and an immediate threat of legal action and bailiffs. Never again!

I am incredibly disappointed in you. How could you euthanize my cat without telling me anything? I couldn't say goodbye to her and was standing at the door.

The treatment was somewhat brief, and waiting times for both registration and treatment were rather long. The condition of the practice was okay, but not state-of-the-art. Our dog received help, but overall it didn't meet the standards we've come to expect from veterinarians.
