Tierärztliche Fachpraxis Dr. Michael Hartmann

Yesterday, I brought my cockatiel, Miko, to this practice for the first time, as my usual vet couldn't help him any further. I'm thrilled with the practice and the service here. The ladies at reception and the veterinary assistant were incredibly kind, and Mr. Hartmann made a very competent impression. He explained every step of the treatment to me and took plenty of time. I will only bring my birds here from now on.

A super nice and professionally the best vet in the area. The receptionists are all very friendly, helpful, and competent. The vet takes his time for his patients and their owners, explains things very well, and always remains friendly. Therefore, ☆☆☆☆☆ stars from us.

We first took our cat Kiebi to Dr. Hartmann about three months ago because she was suffering from gingivostomatitis. Our veterinarian had specifically recommended this practice because they specialize in such cases. After I sent an email explaining our situation, I was contacted immediately, and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly for Kiebi to have a thorough examination. Once everything was clarified, another appointment was scheduled for X-rays and surgery. The entire team—as well as Dr. Hartmann himself—was consistently excellent to us. The surgery went smoothly, and after a total of four follow-up appointments (at our request, to be absolutely certain), we were finally discharged this week. I can hardly express how grateful we are to the entire team. We always felt incredibly well cared for, understood, and welcome. Our conclusion: Would we recommend this practice? YES—100%! We took our large bulldog to Dr. Hartmann for two dental surgeries, specifically two root canal treatments, which our local veterinary clinic didn't offer. Both procedures went very well. Dr. Hartmann has extensive expertise in this area, which he explained to us in a way that was easy to understand. We especially appreciated being allowed to be present while our dog was under anesthesia and when he woke up from it, so he was never alone. Thank you so much for the excellent care!

A truly disastrous vet! I drove 40 minutes to see my rabbit because I was looking for an experienced vet who could do its teeth. While the rabbit was awake, a mouth gag was clamped in place, and then the overgrown tip was clipped off. My rabbit was still in pain for days afterward because of the gag and wouldn't eat. It's also grossly negligent to perform this procedure while the rabbit is awake, as well as to clip the teeth. And then they charged an exorbitant amount... ...The way the vet treated the assistant was also questionable... Never again!
