He is incredibly empathetic, and the value for money is outstanding! Even when we had to have our beloved 15-year-old dog put to sleep, the incredibly compassionate veterinarian (I didn't catch her name in all the emotional distress) performed the procedure in our car, allowing our sweet girl to fall peacefully asleep in my arms. A veterinarian with heart and soul. Mr. Kordas and his team have been caring for our animals for a long time and always know immediately what's wrong with them. On Wednesday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Minkie. He carefully explained every step of the euthanasia process, handled her with utmost gentleness, and gave us the space and time we needed to say goodbye in our deep grief. Today I had to say goodbye to my dog. We were patients, and I can only express my gratitude to the practice and Dr. Kordas. Even though it was a farewell, he is simply a wonderful doctor, the way he interacts with the animals and their owners. He is such a kind and warm person who understands the needs of animals in a wonderful way and does what is necessary without unnecessary fuss. Even though things didn't end well for my dog, I felt completely cared for during his time with them. A female doctor (I don't remember her name) accompanied us on the final journey because Dr. Kordas had an emergency. I didn't have to say much; she had already been informed and accompanied us. Thank you for that. Even in this situation, I felt well cared for. A fantastic team with their hearts in the right place.
