Yesterday, I visited the Simmet veterinary practice for the first time because we suspected our 16-week-old puppy, Harry, had eaten grapes. We received a very warm welcome as soon as we entered the practice. Harry received plenty of attention and care from the start, which was very reassuring. The practice itself makes a very good impression: everything is clean, well-maintained, and inviting – exactly as you would hope. Dr. Simmet examined Harry thoroughly and then gave us very clear and empathetic advice. Unfortunately, she had to induce vomiting, which was physically demanding for Harry. Nevertheless, we felt very well cared for and emotionally supported by Dr. Simmet and her assistant at all times. Being able to vomit outside in the sun afterward was a very pleasant solution. All in all, everything went perfectly, and Harry is doing very well again. The consultation was excellent, the team is incredibly friendly – from the staff to the practice manager – and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I can highly recommend them. Thank you so much again for everything. From now on, we will be handling all our veterinary matters at Dr. Simmet's practice – she is now our practice for the future!
