After about 16 years, I'm so disappointed with Dietmar's veterinary practice that I would have preferred to give it zero stars. When I needed help for my dog during opening hours, no one had time. I was forced to call the emergency vet to come to us, which cost us a considerable amount of extra time and money.
If I could, I'd give zero stars. I have nothing but hatred for this practice. Years ago, we had a bad experience there with our dwarf rabbits; they simply had no clue and handled the animals badly. They treated a young hedgehog we found, which was infested with ticks, with a spot-on treatment, which ALWAYS ends fatally, as was the case with ours. The hedgehog was alive the day before, but died after the treatment at the practice. You'd think a good vet would know that. Dear animal lovers, I strongly advise against this practice.
We took our cat to this veterinary practice for a second opinion. Our cat has never been so relaxed at the vet. The vet took her time, examined our little darling calmly, and made us feel reassured. Besides that, we felt she was in competent hands! We won't be going anywhere else :-))
I'm never going there again. I took my young dog there for a minor issue, and the treatment spiraled out of control. The vet was aggressive, my dog became stressed and started screaming in fear. Instead of calming the situation, the vet became even more aggressive, even though it was a puppy she didn't know. In the end, blood vessels in my dog's eye burst, and that only happened because of how she was treated there. You want a calm environment for your pet and clear communication; I got neither. I advise you to choose a different practice. ❗️❗️❗️
