I've been there with both my Irish Setters. The reception is big and offers water for the dogs and for us. Don't worry... not from the same dish... The service was fast, professional, but yet very personal. My Yanik had a tick bite on his leg and needed cleaning and anti inflammatory. I was surprised at the end that the price was affordable and the prescribed medicament was also not expensive. I recomend.

Always very helpful

We have never encountered such an unprofessional veterinarian. We had an emergency with our puppy, and Mr. Heilmann failed to inform us about the medications, the costs of the procedures, or the procedures themselves. In the end, we paid a considerable sum, and Mr. Heilmann actually spent 40 minutes discussing it with us. There was no bill, no goodbye, and we followed through on that. We will never set foot in that practice again.

Mr. Heilmann is a very empathetic, friendly, and highly competent veterinarian. We feel very well cared for and will always come back :) Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment of our dogs :)

We are deeply grateful to Mr. Heilmann and his entire practice team. Over the past few years, we have regularly taken our dog Oskar to the practice and have always felt we were in excellent hands. Whether it was in the middle of the night with severe abdominal pain or most recently with his babesiosis, Mr. Heilmann was always there for us, acted quickly, took plenty of time, and treated Oskar with great calm and warmth. We were particularly impressed by the care we received during the babesiosis. Mr. Heilmann recognized the illness very early, closely monitored its progress, and even made additional appointments available outside of regular office hours. This support gave us an incredible sense of security during a very stressful time. We also feel very comfortable at the practice on a personal level. Mr. Heilmann explains things clearly, answers questions patiently, and treats both people and animals with great empathy. The entire practice team is always friendly, helpful, and loving in their interactions with the animals. Thanks to the excellent treatment, Oskar has recovered very well and has even celebrated his 11th birthday – we are incredibly happy about that. We highly recommend this practice.
