Thank you to the entire team at the practice... The waiting room was full, yet a calm and thorough examination was still possible. Questions were answered, because in the excitement, things are easily forgotten. I'm glad I happened to come across Dr. Lügner's appointment.

I took my puppy to this veterinary practice for vaccinations and was very disappointed. Both the vet and the assistant seemed condescending and lacked empathy – especially in their handling of such a young dog who was visiting the vet for the first time. Furthermore, I got the impression that my dog's small breed was a problem, which I found very inappropriate. Instead of showing understanding, I was accused of having an untrained puppy, even though it's still a young animal that needs to learn how to handle these situations. I felt uncomfortable and uncared for during the visit. I will definitely not be going back to this practice.

The practice team is incredibly friendly and provides expert advice and treatment for our cat(s). We have a rather uncooperative patient, but they always try to find the best way to treat him. Because it's a very popular practice, there can be quite long waiting times, so you need to factor that in.
