Last weekend, we took our Border Collie to the emergency veterinary practice and received incredibly competent and compassionate treatment. The diagnosis of vestibular syndrome was initially awful, but thanks to the help of the veterinary team, our little girl is getting better every day—thank you for that❤️

Thank you to the entire team at the practice... The waiting room was full, yet a calm and thorough examination was still possible. Questions were answered, because in the excitement, things are easily forgotten. I'm glad I happened to come across Dr. Lügner's appointment.

We took our 11-year-old Labrador to Dr. Lügner's practice on Saturday for an emergency. Unfortunately, he had babesiosis ("canine malaria") and it was very acute. Dr. Lügner immediately administered the necessary treatment, and our old boy slowly started to get back on his feet Monday morning, and his condition is steadily improving. The practice team is incredibly friendly and provides expert advice and treatment for our cat(s). We have a rather uncooperative patient, but they always try to find the best way to treat him. Because it's a very popular practice, there can be quite long waiting times, so you need to factor that in.
