A veterinary practice that couldn't be better. Kalli had his teeth professionally cleaned under anesthesia today. When I arrived, he was still quite groggy and nestled lovingly on a blanket. Dr. Opp was sitting right next to him, stroking him and taking such good care of him – even though the practice was very busy at the time. This really touched me and showed me once again how much heart goes into the work at this practice. Dr. Opp and her team are not only incredibly competent, but also incredibly warm, attentive, and loving in their interactions with the animals. You can immediately tell that they truly care about every single animal. No matter what problem we've brought Kalli to the practice with, Dr. Opp has always had good advice, a solution, and a sympathetic ear. What's especially wonderful is that Kalli is always happy to see her and the whole team – and that really says it all for us. This practice is an absolute godsend for us. We feel Kalli is in excellent hands there and would like to sincerely thank Dr. Opp, Ms. Knops, Ms. Möllenbeck, and the entire team. A practice that couldn't be better. Kalli says thank you with a hearty woof!

Even after numerous appointments and treatments, I'm still very satisfied. The practice team is incredibly friendly, and Dr. Opp answers all my questions thoroughly, explains everything in great detail, and takes excellent care of my dog. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

A highly competent, loving, and empathetic doctor operated on our little dog, Luna. The entire team is very friendly, kind, and a great unit; you can tell they all love their work and take excellent care of their patients, both small and slightly larger. We feel very well cared for and thank them for everything!

You often only realize how tense you actually were once you're in the treatment room. And then something rare happens: the animal relaxes first—and shortly after, so does the human. She and her team create precisely this feeling. No rush, no "processing," but genuine attention, patience, and a keen sense for each animal. Whether big, small, loud, anxious, or special—every creature is simply allowed to be itself here. Alf, Abby, and we always leave feeling more at ease than when we arrived. For that, we are truly grateful.

I've been taking my cat to Dr. Opp's practice in Kettwig since it opened, and I must say we feel very well cared for there. They take their time with each patient, examine them thoroughly, lovingly, and competently, and treat each animal individually. Everyone at the practice is always friendly and patiently answers every question.
