We are very satisfied with the practice. The team is highly competent, friendly, and helpful, and they even work outside of regular office hours for individual emergencies. It takes us almost 30 minutes to get there from Schönkirchen, but it's well worth it. Dr. Ripken always takes plenty of time and explains everything thoroughly and in a way that's easy for laypeople to understand. We feel well-advised and cared for at the practice.

If I could give zero stars, I would. That doesn't even do justice to my experience, as I've never encountered such a high degree of incompetence. I was charged for a service that yielded absolutely no results, since no one on-site was capable of performing a competent ultrasound. The whole time, I suspected they didn't know how to use the equipment, leaving me €300 poorer without any solution to the medical emergency it was. A visit to the veterinary clinic was therefore unavoidable, where there, too, a complete lack of understanding for such a disastrous treatment was evident.

Dr. Ripken is a very friendly, empathetic doctor who takes time for her patients, explains everything clearly and patiently answers any questions.
