We're here on vacation and our dog fell ill. Four vets turned us down. We got an appointment at this wonderful practice the same day, and that was a great honor! The vet calmly took a thorough look at the dog. Very friendly veterinary assistants helped us. We are very grateful for the quick and effective care our dog received. The prices were in line with the usual guidelines; everything was reasonable.

We are very satisfied with the practice. The team is highly competent, friendly, and helpful, and they even work outside of regular office hours for individual emergencies. It takes us almost 30 minutes to get there from Schönkirchen, but it's well worth it. Dr. Ripken always takes plenty of time and explains everything thoroughly and in a way that's easy for laypeople to understand. We feel well-advised and cared for at the practice.
