My dog , Harley, absolutely LOVES going to this vet. Harley is cheerful and happy, and everyone that works there works with passion for animals. This vet really cares about the animals, and I am so grateful that she is there for my dog. I would never trust any other vet with my dog. I highly recommend this place.

12/10 stars! My 11-year-old cat, Blubinsky, had a dental cleaning and the complete package today – everything went perfectly! I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up in the afternoon, and my prince is fit, in good spirits, and has already eaten well again. I'm so glad I ended up at this wonderful veterinary practice and am incredibly grateful to the entire team and the fantastic Nina Engelmann! During our initial consultation five weeks ago, they took plenty of time and explained everything in detail. I knew immediately: I feel comfortable here, which is important for someone like me – vet-phobes, raise your hands! I know some vets can seem accusatory (e.g., regarding weight) but don't offer any advice or a feeding plan. Often, pet owners (like me) are simply afraid that something will be found, or that we haven't noticed certain signs, and then the domino effect kicks in, including the worry and fear. My cat needs to lose weight, and Ms. Engelmann immediately gave me a dietary plan with precise instructions on the quantities, etc., as well as a goal and a timeframe for achieving it (he's fully committed; his beach body is in the making). Yes, he was also diagnosed with a heart condition, which is now compensated for and is being treated with medication. Unfortunately, illnesses are frequently diagnosed, especially in older animals, but I've now thrown my old "head in the sand" approach (it can't be that bad) into the trash, and the garbage collectors just picked it up. Ultimately, it's about the quality of life of our animals, and I know that this practice has given him back more of it! Thank you!

An incredibly caring team and a super empathetic and competent veterinarian. I haven't met such a wonderful veterinarian as Mr. Voss in a long time. You feel well cared for and seen from the very first second.

I've only had very positive experiences so far. Dr. Voss is a very approachable veterinarian and always explains all treatment methods, vaccinations, etc. All treatment steps are explained, and information about possible vaccinations or other preventative measures is provided in detail. Furthermore, the entire practice team is incredibly kind. The animals are treated as full-fledged family members. The empathy shown is wonderful.

The way the animals and their owners are treated is wonderful and leaves nothing to be desired. You can rely on this practice because all the staff (veterins and reception) are very attentive and helpful, and you never feel alone. Ms. Engelmann is very competent and handles the cats with great care. She practically saved my cat's life thanks to her meticulous monitoring during surgery. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.
