Never had a bad experience. All the personal is polite and great with customers and pets.
All the doctors in this clinic are very professional !!!!
They are really nice. They’re patient and they are always willing to help in the best possible way for your pet.
I have to say, I'm very satisfied with this practice so far! My little kitten was sick (with a fever)... I had been to another vet, but unfortunately, the reception staff there were so arrogant. They asked the vet if they would take me, and he told me I had to go to an animal hospital. Then, on a recommendation, I contacted Dr. Dörsch, drove there, and was greeted very warmly by the receptionist. The vet examined the kitten, administered medication, and we were able to go home without me having to go to an animal hospital and spend a fortune, just because of a fever. The vet was very friendly, took her time, and answered all our questions. Whenever I'm asked which vet I go to, I recommend this practice because I was welcomed so warmly and they helped me so quickly.
I'm very disappointed with the vet. I'd been taking my dog to him for years. When her health was nearing its end, I asked him to come and put her down. It would have been a three-minute drive. But he couldn't make it, not before, during, or after his office hours. He needed to vaccinate cats; that was more important to him, especially since there was nothing more he could do for my dog afterward. He didn't care about the animal in the slightest.
