Super pleasant and friendly, a welcoming and homely atmosphere, no sterile background noise, excellent vaccinations with up-to-date advice and knowledge. Ms. Klein even takes the time to exhibit and support local clubs and organizations. Keep it up!! I'll definitely be back! 🤩

As a long-time client with numerous animal species over the years, this practice is by far the best and most competent place to go for all kinds of animals. The veterinarians and the team are not only incredibly friendly, but they also have the latest knowledge and a perfectly modern practice setup. No one has ever tried to push unnecessary treatments on me. They also offer excellent advice over the phone, perfectly executed surgeries without complications and with excellent aftercare, compassion and understanding without unnecessary beating around the bush, and even a 24/7 on-call number for impending births! I've spent a lot of money here over the years, but it's certainly been worth every penny. I always feel welcome and well cared for, and I've never experienced a misdiagnosis. Hats off to the veterinarians, they're fantastic!! And that's despite the fact that I'm definitely not an easy patient. Keep up the great work!!!!! Silke Cichy

I am very satisfied with Ms. Klein; she takes her time, gives excellent advice, and thinks outside the box! I feel very well cared for with her and my dog!

The practice looks messy and unprofessional, and the opening hours are completely absurd. That wouldn't be so bad, though, if it weren't for the misdiagnosis. Ms. Klein assured us the dog only had a cold and gave us homeopathic globules as the only medication. Later, it turned out to be a severe case of kennel cough, and we infected other dogs as well (thankfully, there were no problems with their owners). If we had started the appropriate treatment right away, the dog might have fared better. Based on this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this practice.

This was my first visit to Ms. Klein with our older dog. She was very kind and gentle with the animal, explained the procedure to me (because of the skin lesions), and chose the most cost-effective initial treatment, which then helped immediately. She even followed up with Ms. Klein afterward. I'm so glad I found her!
