Dr. Stefan is a highly competent, helpful, and above all, professional veterinarian. Her professionalism is also evident in the fact that she never lets anyone down! We had an emergency with our dog, and she did everything she could to help us, even if it meant we had to go to the veterinary clinic in Klagenfurt. That's true quality! If she can't help for technical reasons, she still tries everything to help, even if it means referring you to a "competitor." For her, the animals come first, not the needs of people who don't understand what help really means!

She's a fantastic vet and handles our cat Francesco wonderfully, who is always very difficult and acts up at the vet. We feel we're in excellent hands with her. ❤️
