Thank you very much!!! Our dog, Yuki became better.
My dog Toffy hurt himself and was limping. We were on vacation in Hopfen am See. Toffy was limping, so I called the veterinary practice of Dr. Bennert. Dr. Bennert has a friendly, approachable voice and gave me an appointment right away. She examined Toffy and gave her a pain injection. Toffy gradually got better. Dr. Bennert even took the time to show me some things about dog behavior using her own dog. I thought that was really nice. I was so glad I met Dr. Bennert. I highly recommend her.
We took our dog to the vet today at short notice because of an infected paw. Ms. Bennert took an exceptional amount of time and treated our dog with great care and sensitivity. What's particularly noteworthy is that our dog – who usually trembles a lot during vet visits – was visibly comfortable this time and was able to leave the practice with a positive feeling for the first time. Ms. Bennert was calm, dog-friendly, and addressed his individual needs. We wish we had more vets with such empathy and dedication. Thank you so much for the wonderful support and excellent treatment!
I am deeply disappointed and traumatized. My cat was neutered at this veterinary practice. The wound reopened immediately there, clearly indicating faulty and inadequate initial care. Due to this shoddy work, my cat had to be put under anesthesia a second time. His body couldn't survive this extreme double stress – he died at the practice. The fact that I was then charged €150 on the spot to correct this mistake in this terrible situation is beyond callous. There was a complete lack of care and empathy. Absolutely no recommendation.
For the past 10 years, I have sought advice from Dr. Bennert, and to this day I can only say that she is a conscientious and reliable veterinarian. Her excellent empathy for animals means you can trust her and leave with peace of mind. I wish every animal such excellent treatment and such a competent veterinarian. Dr. Bennert has been caring for my cat Kitty since she was a kitten. Thank you.
