Years later, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Renner. Where three other veterinarians were stumped, Ms. Renner correctly diagnosed my cat Mimi with a benign thymitis and the resulting myasthenia gravis. Thanks to her collaboration with the Small Animal Clinic at the LMU in Munich, we were able to spend almost two more years together – for that, Ms. Renner, I am eternally grateful!

Five stars aren't enough to describe this wonderful, incredibly competent, friendly, and empathetic veterinarian! We had an emergency with our Havanese while we were on holiday at a nearby campsite. Dr. Renner immediately recognized the life-threatening situation and did everything humanly possible herself. She ultimately performed emergency surgery and even arranged for the follow-up care at the veterinary clinic 100 km away by phone, ensuring everything was ready. Sadly, our beloved dog passed away at the clinic a few hours later due to weakness and a blood clotting problem. However, Dr. Renner had already done absolutely everything she could with heartfelt dedication and expertise, while also showing us so much warmth and compassion. She gave her all in this emergency situation, as if it were her own dog. If we had such a veterinarian near our hometown, we would be incredibly fortunate. Thank you for your compassion, Dr. Renner; it couldn't be better!
We visited them spontaneously, and there was hardly any wait before we got an appointment. My chicken was like a dream after the visit. She was hopping around and eating again. I thought it was very nice, and my chicken was able to relax completely. Today she's feeling great again and hopping around! 🍀
