Dr. Reuter immediately took care of my dog, even though I didn't have an appointment and it was my first time using her services. I'd also like to mention the very helpful medical assistant. I called several times outside of office hours, and the young woman called me back half an hour before the scheduled appointment time. I have rarely experienced such an empathetic, competent, and friendly team. Thank you so much!

We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Reuter and her team for the loving and expert care they provided to our cat, Harry. Harry has recovered very well after his accident and is almost back to his old self. It was especially wonderful to see how sensitively and competently he was cared for; this was a great comfort to us as his owners. We had to take our dog to the emergency clinic last night due to a complex medical condition. Ms. Reuter and her team provided us with expert and compassionate care, and we were able to return home feeling reassured. Dr. Reuter treats my two cats. One is almost 7 years old and the other has been with her for 4 years. Our older cat has been through a lot, including 3 surgeries, the last of which involved extracting all 16 remaining teeth. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Reuter because we now have a cat who is completely transformed and enjoys life so much more. Eating is going wonderfully, and I must say Dr. Reuter does her work with great care and always takes plenty of time to answer every question and put my mind at ease.
