From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere in the practice is friendly and inviting, which was very important for both me and my pet. Dr. Betz took plenty of time to greet us and discuss my concerns regarding my pet in detail. His expertise is impressive, and I felt I was in good hands. He explained each step of the examination clearly and patiently answered all my questions. I would especially like to emphasize his kind and empathetic manner. You can immediately tell that he is not only an excellent veterinarian but also has a great passion for animals. We take our dog to Dr. Betz and his team. The practice is also reachable in emergencies – which is far from a given these days. Our dog is very anxious, and every time, the examination and treatment are carried out calmly, patiently, and with great care. As a pet owner, I couldn't feel more at ease, and of course, neither I nor my pet could be in better hands!

We feel very well cared for here with our dog. So far, we have always received highly competent help, the team is super friendly, and the waiting times are perfectly reasonable.

With heavy hearts, we had to have our cat Jimmy put to sleep there today. The practice itself is easily accessible, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Mr. Betz has a calm yet competent manner that benefits both people and animals. Even though it was incredibly difficult, I think we were given a dignified farewell, although the subsequent collection of fees, while understandable in such moments, seems out of place, but is of course necessary.
