Unfortunately, I can only agree with some of the other reviews. We needed an appointment three times at short notice, either at closing time or on Saturdays, because our pet was very ill, and although we are regular customers with several animals, we were referred to the veterinary clinic.

The atmosphere in the practice is friendly and welcoming, which was very important for me and my pet. Dr. Betz took plenty of time to greet us and discuss in detail the concerns I had regarding my pet. His professional expertise is impressive, and I felt in good hands. He explained every step of the examination clearly and patiently answered all my questions. I would especially like to emphasize his humane and empathetic manner. You immediately notice that he is not only an excellent veterinarian, but also has a great passion for animals. This gives you, as a pet owner, a sense of peace and confidence that the animal's well-being is his top priority. I am extremely satisfied with my visit and will definitely return. I've never had such a pleasant experience visiting the animal shelter. They were very polite, competent, and empathetic with both the animals and me. We take our dog to Dr. Betz and his team. The practice is also reachable in emergencies – which is far from a given these days. Our dog is very anxious, and every time, the examination and treatment are carried out calmly, patiently, and with great care. As a pet owner, I couldn't feel more at ease, and of course, neither I nor my pet could be in better hands!

With heavy hearts, we had to have our cat Jimmy put to sleep there today. The practice itself is easily accessible, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Mr. Betz has a calm yet competent manner that benefits both people and animals. Even though it was incredibly difficult, I think we were given a dignified farewell, although the subsequent collection of fees, while understandable in such moments, is of course necessary.
