Highly recommended. A wonderfully friendly veterinarian who takes plenty of time for the examination, listens carefully (anamnesis), and explains the therapy/treatment clearly. She handles my older dog with such care that she wasn't afraid at the vet. You feel completely well cared for and receive excellent advice here.

The only emergency vet on weekends, I sent an email, and shortly after, I was contacted via WhatsApp. Then came the appointment – ​​my dog ​​was bitten yesterday evening, below his right eye. Dr. Bungartz received my German Shepherd (almost 9 months old) very calmly, examined the wound, and explained the procedure. He received contrast dye in his eye to check for corneal damage, then two injections, and treats in between. Everything was handled very calmly and with a high degree of professionalism and competence. I felt my German Shepherd was in very good hands and am grateful for the prompt assistance. I would gladly recommend Dr. Bungartz's practice.

We took our 11-year-old dog to the Bungartz veterinary practice at night. He was very lethargic and just slept. We were so glad to find a vet at that hour. As laypeople, we had no idea what was going on. We received a very warm welcome. Two days later, we decided to have him undergo dental surgery. We always received very quick responses to our WhatsApp inquiries. I can only say positive things about the entire team (that I met). If we are ever in the area again and need veterinary care, we will definitely go back to this practice. Thank you!

Our experience with this practice was utterly disappointing. The examination of our cats was incomplete, and crucial steps were simply omitted. Despite a Giardia diagnosis, we received no clear instructions whatsoever – no hygiene advice, no feeding tips, no explanation of the next steps. Instead, we were given only pills and told to "try it somehow." When our cats reacted severely to the medication and we desperately pleaded for help several times, we finally received a response two days later: administer an injection. There were no follow-up questions, no interest in the animals' condition. We consider this unprofessional and simply irresponsible. The repeated claims of return calls were definitely not fulfilled. In a situation where the animals are suffering, you don't ignore calls – this statement is completely incomprehensible to us. We consider the additional consultation fee entirely unreasonable, as we received virtually no consultation. The most important information only arrived weeks later, and then only as a picture – far too late and with no real relevance to the practice. After incurring over €300 in costs, two months of stress, and a complete lack of support, one thing is clear: we will never set foot in this practice again. We received neither professional guidance nor genuine help, but on the contrary, an exorbitant bill!
