This veterinarian has been the best doctor for my Luna in a long time. Even though she crossed the Rainbow Bridge because an X-ray revealed a bone tumor, his calm and composed manner was so comforting to my Luna. He even came to my home to help my beloved dog pass away surrounded by his loved ones. I held her head in my hands and let her smell my breath until she fell asleep. I stayed with her until she died, and after a minute, I gently lowered her head to the floor. It hurt terribly to let her go, but I couldn't bear her pain any longer. We had to take our dog to the vet unexpectedly while on vacation because she had bruised her paw. They were able to come in on short notice, and the vet took excellent, calm care of Mira and ruled out anything more serious. Highly recommended. The price was right, too.

Mr. Heidemann is the best vet I know. I took my dog, Chico, there. He was very ill. Mr. Heidemann treated Chico so calmly and lovingly. He did everything for Chico and spent four days with him and me. Unfortunately, Chico was very ill. Mr. Heidemann came to my home and let Chico cross the rainbow bridge. Thanks to Mr. Heidemann, I was able to say goodbye to Chico in peace at home. I held Chico and stroked him until the end. Thank you so much for your loving care.

I had to use his services on Sunday during the emergency service. Very friendly and competent, calm and very empathetic. Every animal (and its owner) would be lucky to have him as their veterinarian.
