Reviews
I took my cat to be spayed a month ago and was very satisfied. Both the vet and the assistant were very friendly and competent. They did a really good job, and my cat recovered quickly. I can definitely recommend this practice without hesitation.
We feel very well cared for here. Dr. Moll and his team know, or knew, all of our animals from the beginning until the death of some of them. Throughout this long journey, he always provided us with highly competent advice.
I contacted the emergency veterinary service in the middle of the night because I was very worried about my pet. Unfortunately, during the call, I felt neither taken seriously nor adequately advised. The symptoms I described were, in my opinion, downplayed, my concerns were ignored, and I felt like I had to justify my call. Instead of experiencing understanding, empathy, and support, I was left with a feeling of helplessness and uncertainty. In a situation where you're already very worried about your pet, I expect respectful treatment and a professional assessment of the symptoms. Sadly, I didn't receive either. I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I intend to pursue this matter further. In my view, there is significant room for improvement in how the emergency service deals with concerned pet owners and in its communication. P.S.: My pet has been hospitalized since then. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
We took our Rottweiler, Nele, to Dr. Moll for 13 years, and it couldn't have been better. He always had a sympathetic ear and provided excellent treatment. Dr. Moll gave us the option of letting Nele pass away peacefully at home in her familiar surroundings, and even then, he showed such calm and empathy for her. Even though the situation was difficult for all of us, Dr. Moll's presence made it all so comforting. In this practice, the animal's well-being is paramount, not profit. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care we received over all these years.
I absolutely cannot understand this abundance of positive reviews. Dr. Moll is anything but nice, neither to the animals nor to their owners. Many negative experiences among my acquaintances confirm this. He is sometimes so condescending that I would never recommend anyone take their pet to such a vet.
