Dr. Miltz was recommended to us, with the advice that she really takes her time. We weren't disappointed. Gigi feels relaxed; by the second visit, she was no longer afraid to enter the practice. She loves the treats, and so does Dr. Miltz. Dr. Miltz also takes the time to answer my questions and doesn't immediately act like she knows everything better. We feel taken seriously and are confident that we will be in excellent hands for years to come.

My cat feels very comfortable with the vet. He even took a nap there and got along well with the friendly dogs. He was completely relaxed in her hands and fell asleep in a funny position. She has a real knack for calming animals. My cat usually freaks out at the sight of an electric razor, but with Dr. Miltz, he let her remove his matted fur without a peep. This lovely vet is incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond. If an animal urgently needs treatment, she'll even postpone her closing time by several hours or is available at night for emergencies. I've been to several other vets and haven't seen one who cares for animals with such conscientiousness and love.

We are new to Darmstadt, and Germany. Dr. Miltz was so sweet and professional when we took one of our cats to the clinic for a sinus infection. She was thorough and informative, and offered suggestions for also making sure our cats were more active in their new and smaller home. She prescribed appropriate medication, and gave other advice for helping our cat with his chronic nasal issues. We will be taking our other two cats to see her, and will make this clinic our new go-to for the care of our animals.

We haven't been patients here for very long, but unfortunately, we've had to come in many times already. Each time, they took an incredible amount of time to examine our cat, Mici, and we couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Miltz – late in the evening, on weekends, by cell phone – she's always available in emergencies and was able to diagnose our cat with FIP. A disease that leads to death if left untreated. Her expertise is impressive, and it's also remarkable that despite her extensive experience, she's always eager to learn new things. You can just tell: this woman is passionate about her work. She's happy about successes and offers you a tissue when you get a less pleasant diagnosis. All in all, we couldn't be happier. Sure, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer, but she works at a clinical level with sick animals that sometimes need to be examined more closely. We're happy to understand that. And as you can see, despite the many visits and injections, our cat Mici always feels very comfortable on his throne. ♥️
