Reviews
Always super helpful and good!
I am very satisfied with that company. Everyone is polite and try to do their best. The only negative points are the working hours - so if you have to work by yourself it is very hard to find an arrangement! Maybe a good point to modify that!
Went there this morning without knowing that I should’ve made an appointment in advance during pandemic time. Luckily the assistant and the vet made an exception for me because they weren’t too booked out at that time. My cat got her yearly vaccination without any problem. Payment has to be done via bank (online) transfer to avoid contacts. I’ve been coming here for some years and am very satisfied with the team. Would definitely recommend it.
I took my pets to the veterinary practice for treatment. The veterinary care itself was excellent, professionally competent, and to my complete satisfaction. However, the handling of the matter was difficult to understand: I only received a payment reminder by mail, including late fees, seven months later, even though this was the first contact regarding an outstanding bill. Unfortunately, the reception staff was also not very customer-oriented. My concerns were met with an unfriendly and uncooperative response, making a constructive resolution impossible. In conclusion: The veterinarian is highly skilled, but the reception service is terrible.
I just called this veterinary practice. My little canary has been unwell since yesterday; he's no longer singing, sits on his perch with his eyes closed, and is breathing rapidly. It definitely seems to be something serious. I told this unfriendly woman on the phone all of this. Her response: "We can't help you with that. You're not registered with us, and there are only two of us. You need to go to an animal hospital." When I then told her that I don't have much money (1000 euros a month) and can't afford it, this rude woman said, "That's not my problem." When you really need urgent help, you get answers like that 👎 The main thing is that the introduction on their website says: "...We provide your pet with the high medical standards of a small animal clinic..." or "...Our team is there for you and your pet with heart and mind...we cater to your pet's individual needs and always strive to offer you the best possible treatment!" ...blah blah blah 🙄🙄 The BEST part last: After 10 minutes, the owner, Dr. Fischer, called me personally and said to me: The phone call earlier was just such a load of rubbish...blah blah blah...and told me the same thing that impossible woman had said before...I wouldn't want to be a patient there as an animal.
