Dr.med.vet. Jeanette Kraus

A truly caring vet! With a passion for animals, I highly recommend her.

I've been taking my two dogs and my rabbit to Ms. Kraus for several years now and have always been very satisfied. She takes the time to address the needs of her little patients. My animals enjoy going to her. I can highly recommend Ms. Kraus.

Dr. Kraus is great, however, I find her assistant, who's been there since the pandemic, completely out of place. You can't get any information from this woman, neither about prices nor about the risks before surgery, nor anything else. If you drop off a sample, she doesn't call you to inform you of the results... I just feel generally uncomfortable when she's in the room. On the phone, she brushes you off, saying she has other patients, then she asks me which of two possible medications I want (how am I supposed to know that? I just want it to help?!)... So I really wonder what this woman is even there for... I much preferred the practice without her; she's simply totally incompetent!

A very nice and competent veterinarian. I've been going to this practice for over 20 years and I'm extremely satisfied!
