I can only say good things. From the first date we had, was an emergency, they were so helpful and gave us so much security. We came back for a normal vaccine and they were checking my Bombon history in their system asking me how is her hernia doing, they even measured it to see if it grow, without me asking for it!!! 💖💖 My Bombita is pretty shy, she does not like new people at all, normally she doesn’t even accept treats from people, but they really take the time to make her feel safe. You guys are the best!!! 🥰 We're truly speechless. Our cat Tabby passed away (at home), and we had to bring him to Egelsbach because we couldn't bury him there. The next day, we unfortunately realized we didn't have any keepsakes for him. So we called you to ask if it would be possible to get paw prints. And you took care of it immediately! Despite it not being an urgent case, I still got an appointment the same day. It turned out that immediate surgery was necessary, which was done right away after a thorough explanation. Thank goodness! The care, the explanations, everything was simply wonderful! A very empathetic connection was established with both the animal and its owner. The price was definitely more reasonable than other clinics, yet still highly professional, so top marks there too! Highly recommended!

We had to take our dog to the veterinary clinic due to an emergency. After another practice had been unable to fully determine the cause of his symptoms the previous day, and his condition hadn't improved, we went to Egelsbach without hesitation. From the very beginning, they took plenty of time for us. We received extremely empathetic, competent, and honest advice and care. Unfortunately, it turned out that our dog needed emergency surgery that same day for an intestinal obstruction. The entire team of veterinarians and assistants cared for him lovingly and attentively and were always there for us with help and advice during this difficult time. Our dog fought hard, and we are incredibly relieved and grateful that he is now doing better. Our special thanks go to the entire team, who do outstanding work both professionally and personally. We felt we were in the best possible hands at all times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent care, attention, and support. We will never forget it. ❤️🐾
