They cut my cat's hair, not going to Mr. Eppstein or Mr. Gioh.
An extremely courteous practice team and a very honest, experienced veterinarian with great understanding and empathy for both animals and people. Absolutely fair prices. We and Fellini appreciate him immensely. A big thank you to the doctor and team!
I'm thrilled! Tumor surgery, no visible scars; wart removed, no visible scar; tartar removed from my 13-year-old dog – presto, I have a completely rejuvenated dog! :-) The team puts in so much effort; I want to say a thousand thanks. I'm extremely impressed with how beautifully they managed to do everything.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Vahldieck and the entire team. During the most difficult hours with our dog Karma, we received not only outstanding medical care, but also support with deep compassion, dignity, and genuine warmth. We are truly grateful for this unwavering support on her final journey.
I had an appointment for my cat to be spayed, which I wanted to cancel because she went into heat during the night. I tried calling three times, but the answering machine was on, and unfortunately, you can't leave a message. Fifteen minutes after the appointment, the receptionist called me and started yelling at me! I won't be spoken to like that. She should probably take anger management classes. That's no way to treat customers/patients.
