In emergencies, she also makes house calls, allowing animals to be peacefully euthanized at home. And dear Ms. Loehns, thank you so much for the wonderful care you give to so many foster dogs.

We went there for our 2 young cats for their second shot of Leucogen. The assistant was nice and understanding. Payment via card was possible (I've paid with EC Karte) There is a parking place on the other side of street, very pratical.

Yes, the waiting time is long – often even with an appointment. However, she takes plenty of time for each animal and knows both the animal and its owner without having to sift through files. She is professionally competent and friendly.

Ms. Loens takes a lot of time to understand the animal's needs. I took my 12-year-old cat there. I really appreciate her sensitive approach; she observes and asks insightful questions. Thanks to her, my worry that my cat had a malignant condition was gone. I highly recommend her. Excellent!

Due to my carelessness, a situation arose for which I urgently needed veterinary assistance. So I called her practice, explained the situation, and received completely selfless help from Ms. Loens. She went above and beyond to help me. She invested time and warmth, found a solution, and I can now calmly continue with the final preparations because, thanks to Ms. Loens, my dog ​​will continue to be well.
