Tierarztpraxis Dr. Diaz

This was our second visit to the veterinary practice. Our cat received excellent care. Her symptoms are disappearing very quickly. Scheduling appointments is very easy. I would like to thank the entire team.

I took my cat to the veterinary practice on the day after a public holiday. She was gagging badly and had stopped eating and drinking. Despite explaining the situation several times, I wasn't taken seriously. I only received dismissive comments like, "The cat looks too good to die," "She'll hold out through the weekend," and "The emergency service is there for emergencies, and there are others waiting outside." I went to a different veterinary practice that same day. The vet there was shocked by the way the vet had handled the situation in Oberviechtach. My cat died at the practice. As it turned out, she was seriously ill. They couldn't have saved her in Oberviechtach. But she had to suffer unnecessarily for several hours. Despite her poor condition, I was sent home. Incomprehensible behavior! Never again!

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Diaz and his team. Our dog came to the practice with a severe uterine infection, which could have been fatal without their quick intervention. What impressed us most: Fast help: The diagnosis and treatment were highly professional and carried out without delay. Excellent care: We felt we were in the best possible hands, both personally and professionally, during this stressful situation. Our dog not only made a full recovery but is now fitter and more full of life than ever before.
