Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to report. Dr. Jordan reacted with utter boredom to my request to help my 13-year-old Maine Coon cat from the animal shelter, who suffers from chronic rhinitis. Her response was: "That's too much effort for me, I have enough patients, I should go somewhere else." When I replied that we hadn't received adequate help elsewhere, she said that she wouldn't be able to manage it either. It's a good thing she knows her limits. Thank goodness I've now found a veterinarian who can and wants to help. For him, the animal's well-being is paramount! My cat's quality of life has improved dramatically. Her rhinitis is under control, she no longer has trouble breathing, and this veterinarian certainly earns a good living from us, as we are and will remain satisfied regular patients. Veterinarians also take an oath, which Dr. Jordan seems to have forgotten. The conversation with her was extremely unpleasant!

I got an appointment without a long wait in an emergency situation. Very friendly staff and my cat is doing well again!

With great dedication and expertise, Dr. Jordan immediately recognized what was wrong with our cat and knew exactly how to help her. We are very grateful for that and will gladly return 🙏

Dr. Jordan was the only veterinarian for miles around willing to treat my cat immediately as an emergency. She even performed dental surgery on him that same evening, outside of regular office hours. We are incredibly grateful to her for that! She is a truly empathetic veterinarian with a big heart and a great deal of understanding for her animal patients. We will definitely be back, even if it's a bit of a drive.
