Dr. Roidl immediately recognized that our dog had a hormonal problem. She was losing hair on her tail! We are very satisfied and highly recommend her.

My cockatiel was in acute emergency on a Sunday: he was bleeding from his vent, staggering, had stopped eating, and was visibly weak at first. Several veterinarians, and even animal hospitals in Nuremberg, turned me away despite the situation. Ms. Roidl was ultimately the only veterinarian willing to take on my little bird, even though she openly stated that she wasn't a certified avian specialist. Nevertheless, she didn't turn a blind eye but helped. She thoroughly examined my cockatiel, palpated his abdomen, administered pain medication, and made me feel that the animal's well-being was her top priority. After hours of despair and a veritable odyssey, Ms. Roidl was the first person to take responsibility. I am incredibly grateful to her for that. Humanity, compassion, and dedication are unfortunately not a given, but in her case, they were absolutely evident. Thank you so much for this help in an extremely difficult situation. 🙏

Absolutely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We've been here so many times: for routine checkups, vaccinations, emergencies, on weekends, late at night, for surgeries, etc. with our tomcat, dog, and rabbit. Ms. Roidl and Ms. Süß were ALWAYS extremely friendly, helpful, competent, and patient. No matter what time, no matter how long their day had been, no matter how full the waiting room. They also give good advice over the phone and call back even late at night. The practice team is also absolutely fantastic and always friendly. You never feel like you're being rushed; in fact, they always take enough time to sort everything out. Yes, this can sometimes lead to longer waits. But if you want a thorough and relaxed treatment for your pet, you have to allow others the same and sometimes you have to wait. The way they treat the animals is always incredibly loving and patient, no matter how excited they are. You can tell that everyone here puts their heart and soul into their work, and no one is just a number. Thank you so much for that! We're truly blessed. 🍀

We took our dog here for neutering. Everything went very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We felt well cared for. The staff and the vet were very friendly. The price was also excellent.

I was turned away with my pet during opening hours; appointments are only available by prior arrangement. When I pointed out that it was an emergency, I was told: "In an emergency, you must call ahead so we can prepare." But then I was asked what the problem was, since the animal was eating (we hadn't even discussed that). My conclusion: If you have an emergency, if you need help, don't go there; they won't help you!
