Absolutely recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We've been here so many times for routine checkups, vaccinations, emergencies, on weekends, late at night, surgeries, etc., with our cat, dog, and rabbit. Ms. Roidl and Ms. Süß have ALWAYS been exceptionally friendly, helpful, competent, and patient. No matter the time, no matter how long their day had been, no matter how full the waiting room was. They also provide excellent advice over the phone and even return calls late at night. The entire practice team is absolutely wonderful and always friendly. You never feel rushed; on the contrary, they always take ample time to ensure everything is taken care of. Yes, this can sometimes lead to longer waiting times. But if you want a thorough and relaxed treatment for your pet, then you should allow others the same and sometimes have to wait. They always handle the animals with great care and patience, no matter how agitated they are. The way they interact with the animals is always incredibly loving and patient. You can tell that everyone here works with passion and dedication, and no one is just a number. Thank you so much for that! It truly means a lot to us. 🍀

My cat was in a lot of pain over the weekend. Ms. Roidl was on call and gave me excellent, patient, and loving advice over the phone. Clyde is doing well again now. Thank you so much for your time and help! 💖

A heartfelt thank you to the entire veterinary team for rescuing my cockatiel, Franz! Although not really equipped for birds, we were warmly welcomed in our emergency and treated with exceptional dedication and expertise. As an animal or a human, we couldn't have felt better cared for. ❤️

My cockatiel was in acute emergency on a Sunday: he was bleeding from his vent, staggering, had stopped eating, and was visibly weak at first. Several veterinarians, and even animal hospitals in Nuremberg, turned me away despite the situation. Ms. Roidl was ultimately the only veterinarian willing to take on my little bird, even though she openly stated that she wasn't a certified avian specialist. Nevertheless, she didn't turn a blind eye but helped. She thoroughly examined my cockatiel, palpated his abdomen, administered pain medication, and made me feel that the animal's well-being was her top priority. After hours of despair and a veritable odyssey, Ms. Roidl was the first person to take responsibility. I am incredibly grateful to her for that. Humanity, compassion, and dedication are unfortunately not a given, but in her case, they were absolutely evident. Thank you so much for this help in an extremely difficult situation. 🙏

We took our dog here for neutering. Everything went very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We felt well cared for. The staff and the vet were very friendly. The price was also excellent.
