A very friendly clinic. They care a lot about the animals and we felt very comfortable there.
Top!
I am very disappointed with the treatment my dog received at this veterinary practice. Although her condition was clearly serious, in my opinion, no adequate examinations were performed. Instead, she simply received injections and was sent home. Since her condition did not improve, I had to return to the practice. During the second visit, she again only received injections and was sent home – without any further diagnostic testing or more intensive treatment. In my opinion, her condition required stabilizing treatment, such as an IV infusion. However, this measure was not taken. This leaves me with the impression that the situation was not taken seriously enough. Especially with an obviously ill animal, I would have expected a more thorough examination and treatment. I then went to another veterinarian, but it was already too late, and she died from a uterine infection. She was only 5 years old.
Very friendly care for the animal; no appointment necessary. The waiting room was full, but things moved along relatively quickly. Excellent treatment from the vet. We'll gladly come again.
