Listen carefully everyone!!!!!!!!! I brought my one year old sick cat to the clinic few days back. They did all the tests and everything on her and told the only option was to put her down. They couldn’t even tell me what her issue was. They gave me no hope. They said it could either be an FIP or Tumor. I couldn’t just give up on her because she was perfectly healthy and active cat. So I took her to LMU to find if there is any possibility to save her or at least know the reason for her condition. They did the same examinations and found that it was a hernia and can be cured through a surgery. They confirmed that it is not FIP or tumor . And in addition to that they mentioned it is never an option to put her down and they were surprised that doctors of anicura suggested that. She is getting very much better now after the surgery and she will be back home soon. Now what if I had listened to these doctors here?? They should just spend a lot more years studying and be qualified to call themselves a doctor. Moreover also just learn to be a little empathetic. They should be one saving the lives of our innocent pets instead of showing interest in taking them away.

I am an American and I was stationed in Germany a couple years ago. One of my dogs got extremely ill out of the blue and this clinic was the only one open at the time. I am extremely happy that they were, because I am not sure my pup would've made it through the night. I dropped her off and they gave her all of the attention that she needed and took care of her for a couple nights. Despite a bit of a language barrier, they went out of their way to make sure that I understood what was going on and what I needed to do to continue the care at home. She was back to normal in no time. It was a pretty stressful experience, but they were extremely professional and accommodating and I am forever grateful for what they did.

I took my cat to this hospital when he was in extreme pain on a Saturday. They immediately received us without an appointment and the vet was very patient and caring and made a thorough examination and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken leg), as well as observing other worrying things other vets have missed. I was very thankful that they could keep him in the hospital for the first two nights for observation and pain management. The surgery went well and now I have a healthy and happy cat, and the bill was fair. This is an animal hospital I can trust.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star... definitely far too many for such incompetence!! I'd give it -5 stars if I could... Absolutely useless... The clinic has disappointed me many times, and years ago I swore I'd never go there again. But where else are you supposed to go in an absolute emergency on a Saturday evening when you need help fast? So, yesterday evening, I was stupid enough to take my critically ill cat there again. I thought maybe they'd improved, since they have a long-standing bad reputation and they're usually working on making things better... My cat suffered for over 12 hours longer and was finally put to sleep today, thankfully, by another, absolutely competent veterinarian!!! A cat with acute kidney failure was left waiting there for several hours because apparently it wasn't an emergency. They preferred to treat other things, like a cat with mites, and let a suffering animal just linger. I'm absolutely speechless about this clinic, or rather, I'm at a loss for words to say anything positive. If I were to write what I really think, I'd probably face legal action. Then they even have the nerve to ask if I hadn't seen the sign about them not accepting new patients. As if I had nothing better to do on a Saturday evening than sit there with my four-year-old and my suffering cat, just to pass the time. I left the clinic after several hours without any help, because the endless wait in such a case is absolutely unacceptable, and it's clear they don't take you seriously and the animal's well-being is completely irrelevant! Perhaps they should reconsider their career choice.

On Saturday, May 30, 2026, we unfortunately had to take our beloved Laura to the clinic because her condition was deteriorating rapidly. Although we arrived "late" to normal opening hours, we received excellent care. We called, and the receptionist, the veterinarian, and his assistant were all still there, even though it was already closing time. Everyone took wonderful care of us and our dog. The attending veterinarian even dedicated a significant amount of time, in his free time, and didn't rush things. The same was true for everyone involved. Based on everything we saw, there was no doubt about their expertise. They were all absolute professionals of the highest caliber! Sadly, we had to have Laura euthanized, as her illness would have been nothing but suffering. Everyone here is truly dedicated to their work, with genuine love for animals and compassion. Unfortunately, I can't remember a single name. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone at AniCura (including those working behind the scenes) who supported us during this time. Thank you for the loving and respectful way our dog and we were treated. We were given time to say goodbye, and even more time would have been offered. Please personally convey my sincere thanks to everyone involved. For the sake of completeness, I would like to mention that, as other reviews have mentioned, financial considerations should not play a role, and frankly, I couldn't care less. Here, decisions and actions are made with the animal's well-being in mind. Thank you so much!
