My regular vet referred me and my cat to the clinic because we needed a CT scan. In the days leading up to it, I called the clinic several times and always spoke to a friendly woman who answered my questions. When I entered the clinic yesterday, I already had a positive impression. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, as were the veterinary assistants. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was so gentle with my cat. First, we had a thorough consultation with Dr. Zitzl, who also seemed very personable and was incredibly kind to my cat. What I thought was absolutely wonderful was that I was allowed to stay with him until my cat fell asleep. After about an hour's wait, everything went smoothly. We had a detailed discussion of the CT scan, and I felt really good about taking my cat home. Thank you for your fantastic work. You can tell that the staff and Dr. Zitzl love their jobs and the animals. Keep up the great work! Thank you :)

I personally can't understand the negative reviews, but I think everyone experiences things differently depending on the situation. Yesterday, on the advice of our vet, we took our 9-year-old cat, Balu, to the clinic. After a short wait, the vet, Marina Niklas, examined Balu and acted immediately. He had to stay with the clinic. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to him the next day because he had a serious case of cancer. The vet and the entire team cared for our cat and us with great love and respect. Balu won many hearts in a very short time. We are very grateful to the whole team for their wonderful care and compassion!
