She’s a great vet. She loves animals and it shows.

I've never had such a bad experience. Unfriendly and stressed. I was there for the first time with my cat and wanted to ask how everything worked, but the woman wouldn't let me finish because I didn't have an appointment. I said everything was fine and that I was leaving, and she replied, "Better that way." Never again.

So unfriendly and arrogant. Never again to Dr. Plank! Our cat's condition deteriorated rapidly throughout the day, so I tried to reach someone by phone all morning to ask if we could come in – to no avail, no one answered. So we just showed up without an appointment – ​​the practice was empty except for Dr. Plank... But as soon as she heard us, she immediately approached us with a look that said, "What the heck do you want here?!" I tried to explain what was wrong, but she didn't really listen and kept interrupting with "Well, what else can I do..." and then sent us away, even though it was an emergency – as we later found out. This woman is completely unsuited for her profession. Absolutely not recommended.

Since my vet had to cancel at short notice and I urgently needed medication for my cat, Dr. Plank was able to help me out over the long weekend. Everything went very smoothly and she was extremely friendly. 😊
