So unfriendly and arrogant. Never again to Dr. Plank! Our cat's condition deteriorated rapidly throughout the day, so I tried to reach someone by phone all morning to ask if we could come in – to no avail, no one answered. So we just showed up without an appointment – ​​the practice was empty except for Dr. Plank... But as soon as she heard us, she immediately approached us with a look that said, "What the heck do you want here?!" I tried to explain what was wrong, but she didn't really listen and kept interrupting with "Well, what else can I do..." and then sent us away, even though it was an emergency – as we later found out. This woman is completely unsuited for her profession. Absolutely not recommended.

Called about an emergency cat whose condition had deteriorated significantly in the last day. The curt reply was, "I'm afraid I can't help you; I'm not accepting any new patients. Goodbye!" They simply hung up before we could even ask who we could contact in the area. Nice! Thanks for absolutely nothing (and I'll just imagine the rest, otherwise this review would probably be blocked).
