We were on holiday in Wackersdorf. On Friday, our dachshund suddenly developed diarrhea and vomited several times. We called just before closing time and received very friendly advice. Our dachshund was noticeably better the next day. On Tuesday, our second dog started experiencing the same problems. Again, we received excellent advice, and she recovered quickly. We didn't mention that we had had an ear infection treated there two years ago (also on short notice, on a Friday), but the nice gentleman on the phone still took the time to help. So, thank you again so much!
I've been a customer of yours for 12 years with my cat Tommy, and now Sunny Simba Turbo Toffee have joined us. You guys are simply fantastic. Keep up the great work! There hasn't been a single negative thing to say in all these 12 years.
Receptionist was totally unfriendly, i have tried to arrange an appointment earlier the same day, they did not pick up and as i show up in the clinic he said with a real unfriendly voice tone that he doesn't accept new patients and i shouldn't be driving to the clinic for no reason in a very educative manner.
