I'd like to share my personal experience. My cat was treated at this practice. Unfortunately, essential examination steps, such as palpating the animal, listening to its heart and lungs, and basic blood and urine tests, were not performed. These steps should have revealed the problem much earlier. An undetected urinary retention caused by struvite stones led to severe urinary stasis and acute kidney failure. My cat was close to death and was only saved at the last second by an immediate transfer to a competent practice. The fact that they are now demanding payment for the remaining costs of this life-threatening negligence is outrageous. Absolutely no recommendation – please avoid this practice for the sake of your animals!

I took my two female dogs to this practice for spaying, as my usual vet doesn't offer that service. I was absolutely delighted. The veterinary assistants explained everything perfectly. All my questions were answered. The vet is very competent, professional, and calm. He's not one for long speeches. I find some of the negative reviews completely unacceptable; it's a good thing vets don't have to be reviewed by owners here...

I took my cat to this veterinary practice for a booster vaccination and unfortunately had a very negative experience. First, regarding the way my cat was treated: My cat is very calm and cooperative at the vet. Nevertheless, in my opinion, he was handled unnecessarily roughly. The vet tried to force him out of the carrier, holding him by the scruff of the neck, even though my cat showed no resistance. He continued to be held very tightly on the examination table, and I was asked to restrain him as well. I felt this was inappropriate and not humane. Generally, I found the vet unpleasant. Both his behavior and his way of communicating seemed consistently inappropriate to me. During the examination, the vet also tried to ask personal questions that had nothing to do with the treatment. When he learned that I am gay and come from a country where homosexuality is illegal, he continued to ask questions along those lines, even though I indicated that I was uncomfortable with it. The vet also tried to ask personal questions that were unrelated to the examination. The situation became particularly distressing for me when a colleague entered the room and the veterinarian made what I considered a disrespectful and inappropriate remark about me in my presence. I felt neither respected as a pet owner nor as a person. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this practice and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Our dog Kescha was a patient of Dr. Timoceanu for many years. Even though we thankfully didn't need him often, he was always there for us. Last night, Kescha had an acute emergency, which he sadly didn't survive. Although it was already after 10 p.m., Dr. Timoceanu came to the practice especially to see us. We are very grateful for that. Highly recommended, both professionally and personally. 🖤
