Knowledgeable, quick, respectful, empathetic, kind, reasonable. Came here "accidentally" because the vet nearest me was closed, but now I will always come here with my kitty. Don't be scared off by the slightly sketchy looking exterior, it's what's inside that counts!

Took our cat here for vaccinations, claw trimming and a check up. The appointment was easily booked over the phone, the practice is clean and welcoming (old exterior notwithstanding) and the vet was very friendly and gentle with the cat. I'll definitely go again

**Please read this** I have been the patient of this clinic for some time for my cat. I normally have dr Daniela as my cat’s doctor and i am pretty happy with her. Last friday, we had health check and she heard some anomalies in the heart. She said i have to be careful and if something happens, i should come for health check again. The next day (Saturday), my cat had a stroke, and i took an appointment for Monday. Unfortunately dr Daniela was not there, and dr Anna checked my cat. I told her all the details, even showed her videos, and she insisted that my cat has problems with his throat, gave him immune pills. She even saw that cat was breathing so fast and she was very lazy to count it, so she told me to “count his breathing at home”. I asked her to count it ( breathing per minute was 2 times higher than the normal) and again she insisted thats its because of the sore throat. I told her that cat might need heart ultrasound (am i the doctor? Or she is the doctor??) and thankfully/finally she gave me 2 locations which have ultrasound machine. I asked them to call other doctors (since i dont speak German), unfortunately they only tried once and they pushed me back saying “there is an online button there, you can search and take an appointment”. She didnt even understand the urgency and importance of the situation. I am so disappointed that my cat had a wrong treatment, there was clearly lack of knowledge, and not understanding the urgency of the situation. I even paid ~70euros for nothing, cause these immune pills are not even relevant for his treatment at all. She could been honest and could have just said that she doesnt understand the situation and they should have charged me nothing (thats the ethical way of doing this job) Please be careful with dr Anna, since cats/special cat breeds are not her area of expertise. I can accept charging me 70euros for nothing, but i dont accept the wrong treatment and irrelevant diagnosis. Today, my cat was diagnosed with HCM, which is a lifetime heart disease, which has NO RELEVANCE with sore throat. I hope any of you would not have the same experience, and i am thankful to Dr Daniela that she did the early diagnosis, but pls avoid dr Anna for the cat urgency, particularly for British shorthair. Im giving 2 because of dr Daniela’s knowledge, but yesterday’s treatment truly deserves 1 star..
