A truly wonderful team and an outstanding veterinarian. I've rarely felt so comfortable at a veterinary practice. Our stray kitten, Lilly, was super relaxed. The vet took plenty of time even though we were there on a Friday afternoon. The veterinary assistants were incredibly kind and patient. We'll definitely come back anytime we need them. 🩷🫶🏻

Dr. Leuzinger wasn't there, but an English-speaking substitute doctor was. He examined Emil very thoroughly, explained everything to me clearly, and was extremely friendly and trustworthy. The equally friendly and competent medical assistant was also happy to translate 😉. I'll definitely have him operate on Emil 👍🍀

We brought our cat here because of a melanoma in her eye. We received excellent, friendly, and professional advice, and the treatments we discussed were carried out perfectly. We felt very well cared for and advised.

Dr. Leuzinger, with the utmost competence, did everything possible to mitigate the negligence of the regular veterinarian (failure to measure my blood pressure in my senior citizen). My blood pressure was more than double the normal level, which can lead to rapid blindness. I was able to see her immediately after describing the problem, as time is of the essence in such cases. Using state-of-the-art equipment, the damage (retinal detachment) was diagnosed. A medication was prescribed to restore my blood pressure to normal, thus preserving the optic nerves that had not yet died. Months later, due to my impaired vision, I bumped into something... fate. The affected eye caused me severe headaches, leaving only one option... now I'm a bit of a pirate, which hasn't diminished my beauty or zest for life in the slightest. The surgery performed by Dr. Leuzinger went completely smoothly, and I appreciated her calm demeanor, professional expertise, and thorough explanations. Her staff also deserves a mention. They never needed any instructions. Everyone knew what to do in every situation and treated me with great care. I can highly recommend Dr. Leuzinger!!
