Many thanks to Dr. Leuzinger and her team. They were able to help us quickly and competently with our dog Chico's eye injury. The appointment was scheduled promptly, and the entire team was very friendly and empathetic.

Dr. Leuzinger wasn't there, but an English-speaking substitute doctor was. He examined Emil very thoroughly, explained everything to me clearly, and was extremely friendly and trustworthy. The equally friendly and competent medical assistant was also happy to translate 😉. I'll definitely have him operate on Emil 👍🍀

Dr. Leuzinger did everything with the utmost competence to put into perspective the negligence of the local veterinarian (failure to measure blood pressure in seniors). My blood pressure was more than double the normal value, which can lead to rapid blindness. I was able to see the doctor immediately after describing the problem, as time is of the essence in this case. The damage (retinal detachment) was diagnosed with the best technical equipment. A medication was prescribed to bring my blood pressure back to normal so that the optic nerves that had not yet died could be preserved. That months later I ran into something because of my poor eyesight... fate. The affected eye gave me massive headaches and there was only one option left... now I am a little pirate, which in no way detracts from my beauty or joy of life. The operation with Dr. Leuzinger went completely smoothly and I enjoyed her calmness, professionalism and detailed explanations. Her staff also deserves a mention. They never needed any instructions. Everyone knew what to do in every situation and treated me with great care. I highly recommend Dr. Leuzinger! (My personal chauffeur is also very impressed with her!) A truly wonderful team and an outstanding veterinarian. I've rarely felt so comfortable at a veterinary practice. Our stray kitten, Lilly, was super relaxed. The vet took plenty of time even though we were there on a Friday afternoon. The veterinary assistants were incredibly kind and patient. We'll definitely come back anytime we need them. 🩷🫶🏻
