Reviews
Having written a positive review a year ago, I'd like to express my appreciation for this practice once again. My dog was seriously ill in the meantime, and this treatment, too, was characterized by competence, empathy, and success. My dog is doing wonderfully again :). I am absolutely satisfied and happy to have these dedicated veterinarians by my side, both for my dogs. And for mine! ;)
Honest, professional, all you really need!
I took my cat to these vets. Unfortunately, they stressed my cat out a lot (tried to give him an injection) and injured his paw until it bled. They then told me that this happens sometimes and that the cat simply isn't used to it. The next day, he had bruises all over his body (I have a hairless cat). Now he's with a different vet because we can't understand what happened to him. We're doing all the tests, but the cat is unwell. He's never had a reaction like this before. I consider it incompetent to use force on a cat, causing him to get bruises. This is the first time in my life I've encountered anything like this. I really want everyone to be able to draw their own conclusions after reading this!
Excellent practice. I took my cat there for surgery. Dr. F. Gräf helped us; she had cancer. After the operation, everything was fine, and she was healthy with us for a few years. They have big hearts. Thank you for everything, and thank you also to Dr. F. Brackmann-Gräf. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
After several veterinarians turned me away due to lack of capacity, I came across this practice. My cat was admitted and given a (very cursory) examination. After an ultrasound, it turned out that my cat had a tumor. The vet advised me to have my cat euthanized because she was suffering. After careful consideration, I decided to do so, and I deeply regret it, as her unprofessional behavior (which I'll get to in a moment) gave me the impression that she had taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. My cat had a tumor and, after being euthanized, accused me of killing her. Instead of explaining and informing me about things like missing vaccinations, she made it seem as if I was responsible for the tumor developing. After investigating, I received confirmation that there was no connection between the two. It's very unprofessional to make such statements. I would never subject my animals, or any other animals, to this again.
