We had an emergency appointment with Dr. Hauk today, and he took very loving and competent care of our dog! I would go there again and recommend him to others.

After my dog ​​had an emergency, I called the vet in a very worried state. I was turned away by the unfriendly receptionist, who said it was a long weekend and we couldn't come in for a second appointment (it was Tuesday!). I was told to wait until the next day and go to my regular vet. Apparently, this practice specializes in remote diagnoses over the phone... otherwise, how did the woman know we needed a second appointment?! Acting quickly was absolutely necessary, as confirmed by the professional practice I contacted afterward. Absolutely not recommended. Long weekends take precedence over animal welfare here.
