I was there for vaccinations with my two cats, Grey and Smokey, and my two dogs, Aika and Milow. They were all very well-behaved, and Dr. Hois is fantastic! Thank you so much, also for the Christmas presents! Milow grabbed everything, including the ones for Grey and Smokey, 😁 except for the CD, which he didn't care for; I'm listening to that one. 🥰🤗
All in all, simply outrageous! We needed help for our suffering dog and contacted you because our vet was on vacation. I won't go into the long medical history because it would take too long. The fact is, our beloved pet's life was nearing its end. It was too much trouble for the so-called caring vet to come to your practice and help us. Simply unimaginable, especially when you offer an emergency service for suffering animals. I'm just deeply disappointed.
The doctor is very empathetic and extremely dedicated. I highly recommend her.
