This is my second time visiting this clinic and I must say that I am impressed by the kindness and support provided by the entire staff. Both times I felt welcomed, my kitten was feeling safe and relaxed the entire time. Dr. Julia Israiloff is very professional and friendly. She is very eager to help and listen and provide great advice and suggestions. The entire staff is fluent in English which meant a lot to me since I speak very basic German. Full recommendations for this clinic and staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would. Lots of love from Gokku and Ines
This was my second visit to this veterinary clinic, and once again I had a very positive experience. Dr. Israiloff and the entire team were extremely attentive and kind with my cat. I could see that they treat all their patients with the same care, patience, and genuine love for animals. Dr. Israiloff performed very thorough checks, always with great gentleness and calm. My cat tolerated all the examinations very well and experienced minimal stress, which meant a lot to me as an owner. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in great detail, answering all my questions and even offering her availability to respond to any further questions after the visit. I truly appreciate the professionalism, empathy, and dedication of Dr. Israiloff and the whole team, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
If I could, I'd put ALL stars possible for this review...! I can't put into words my gratitude for Julia and her whole team, honestly I can't tell you HOW worried and anxious I was to go to a new vet, since my dog and I moved to Austria but we had quite an emergency.. Really bad dental inflammation. So I chose Julia's clinic An oh my god, this is probably one of the best decisions in my life! Not only the toughest surgery went super well and professional, but Julia made sure to stay in touch afterwards at ANY time! I'm so so so grateful to Julia and her team for taking the BEST care of my beloved Yozhik dog. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! literally everything was perfect Julia explained all the details of the procedure, details of what should we do at home during recovery, just everything! Such a professional and attentive and caring specialist. I am eternally grateful
Extremely friendly and approachable with both animals and people. Excellent treatment, she even called to check on the cat – I really didn't expect that. We are so glad to have found a veterinarian in Dr. Israiloff who is truly dedicated and loves animals.
