Reviews
Since my vet no longer treats large animals, I had to find a new one for my horses. I landed with the right team. A truly friendly and competent vet came to see me. Top-notch! 👍
Very disappointing. X-rays of our pony came back with no findings! Dr. Klein didn't respond to several calls (including from the prospective buyers who had paid for the pre-purchase exam), which meant the sale fell through!!! P.S. It wasn't a serious finding. Never again will I use this veterinary practice!!!!
The vet was awful; she didn't examine the horse properly, made the wrong diagnosis, reported it to the veterinary authorities, and forced the horse to be euthanized, even though treatment was possible. I would never recommend her; she'll never be used on my farm again. Dr. Klein, on the other hand, took his time and examined the horse thoroughly. He was thoughtful and cared. He just didn't suggest any treatment options.
Dr. Klein and his team are simply fantastic! Totally friendly, calm and kind in their handling of the animal (in my case, a horse), everything is explained clearly and they also give good tips.
I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. During the pre-purchase exam of my horse, Dr. Klein was so nervous and really panicked my horse! Then we had an incident last night and urgently needed veterinary help. My mother called them, and a very unfriendly woman answered the phone who didn't even bother to help or listen. My mother then asked, since she said no help could be expected from their practice, which veterinary clinic was on call, and then the friendly woman simply hung up. Absolutely unacceptable. The bad reputation you hear is unfortunately 100% true. Well, we won't be contacting them again. Never again!!
