Excellent veterinarian and very competent. We were just passing through and got an appointment right away. She was able to help our dog very well.
An incredibly friendly and competent team (veterinarian and assistants). I and my animals have never felt so comfortable and well cared for. The costs at this practice are also perfectly reasonable and not exorbitantly high like in most other practices. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend the Petersen Small Animal Practice!
Our dachshund had injured himself and was limping. Our vet was on vacation, so we went to the substitute. First of all, the team was super friendly, and the vet examined him thoroughly, calmly and patiently. It wasn't nearly as bad as we'd feared. A big thank you for the quick appointment and the lovely vet!
I always feel well taken care of there, and the staff are very friendly and competent. However, I'm always dissatisfied with the waiting time. I understand that the team can't perform miracles, but despite having an appointment, I've had to wait 30-45 minutes the last few times. We enjoy going there despite the 30km drive.
