Tierarztpraxis Dr. Lika Savchuk

My experience wasn't great here. There were a few incidences which I led me to write this review. 1. Every appointment I had the costs are too high here for a small place like Allershausen. A couple of antibacterial injections still 75 Euros. A low cost Euro EU pet passport and Rabies vaccination, still total of 75 Euro. 2. I needed international travel documentation for my cat. I asked who would be the correct contact for those signatures. The vet signed it herself and charged me for it. Her signatures were not even accepted as she is not authorised for approvals. She could have directed me to the official vet at Landratsamt. Highly disappointing. Loss of money (again 45 Euros), trust as well as precious time (those who know how important days are when collecting such certificates)

We couldn't imagine a better veterinary practice for our cats! The vet and the entire team are absolutely lovely, professional, and take incredibly loving care of our furry friends every time. Most importantly, the cats always receive the best possible care here, no matter what's wrong (colds, neutering/spaying, eye problems, teeth, or other injuries), and they feel completely comfortable at the practice. We've been going there for almost two years. Everything is perfectly organized, too: booking appointments online is super easy, it's a short drive for us, and there are hardly any waiting times. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice to all pet owners!

We can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Savchuk's practice. The entire team is incredibly kind, highly competent, very dedicated, and treats the animals with great care. We feel our dog is in very good hands there. Unfortunately, our dog suffers from an incurable illness, which Dr. Savchuk diagnosed, and she dedicated herself to finding the right medication. Had she not done so, our dog would no longer be alive. Our dog is now doing very well, and we are incredibly grateful for that. We are always happy to go there.

Not recommended. Yesterday, May 14, 2026, a public holiday, I called at 11:00 AM because I found my cat arrhythmic and having difficulty breathing. The first question she asked on the phone was, "Can't you wait until tomorrow?" I said no, my cat was suffering. She then said, "Okay, then at 3:00 PM. I'm not going to let the cat suffer for four hours," I replied. She responded, "Okay, then immediately, but it will cost double because it's a holiday." So, off to the vet's office. Instead of taking care of the animal, my personal information was more important to her, because it was all about the money. Only after I insisted she attend to the animal did she reluctantly go to the back. After a very quick examination, the answer was, "There's nothing more that can be done." I cannot recommend this woman; for her, money and the holiday are more important than the animal's well-being.

We feel very well cared for with our cat Foxy at Dr. Savchuk's practice and with her friendly team. After our cat started eating less and less and suddenly became very withdrawn, we went to Dr. Savchuk's clinic. The cause of her problems was quickly and accurately diagnosed. A large number of her teeth were inflamed. We received thorough and excellent advice. Several teeth had to be extracted. Everything went smoothly, and the wounds healed very well afterward. Foxy recovered quickly. My conclusion: I found Dr. Savchuk to be a very competent and animal-loving veterinarian who takes her time with the animals and patiently explains things to pet owners in a way they can understand. I also found the team to be incredibly friendly and very fond of animals. Keep up the great work!
